Tell us which iPhone or iPad you have, and if a reading looks wrong, what the app showed. We usually reply within a couple of days.

Getting good readings

• Keep the device still. Prop it on a fence, tripod or bucket. A moving camera spoils the reading, and the app tells you when it moved.
• Film in daylight. Under LED or fluorescent lights indoors the app says "Flickering lights" instead of guessing.
• Keep the whole flight in the picture, from the pitcher's hand to the catcher's mitt, behind the backstop or off to one side.
• Check what it measured. After each pitch, drag the slider along the pitch: the zoom window should stay on the ball.

Subscriptions

• Your first 10 readings are free. A reading only counts when it gives a speed.
• Heater Meter Pro is $4.99 a month or $29.99 a year, billed through your Apple ID.
• To cancel or change plans: Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
• Changed devices? Tap Restore Purchases on the Heater Meter Pro screen.
• Have a code? Tap Redeem Code on the same screen.
• For refunds, Apple handles payments: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Heater Meter doesn't collect any personal data; videos are analysed on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
